The late V.K. Narasimhan - or VKN, as he was fondly known throughout India -  had long been known as one of India’s most outstanding newspaper editors and authors.

He succeeded Professor P.N. Kasturi as Editor of Sanathana Sarathi, Sathya Sai Baba’s official organ, which is distributed worldwide. It is widely known among key servitors of Sathya Sai Baba that Sri Narasimhan was an extremely rare exception in that he would speak fearlessly and frankly to him.

Priddy has written extensively on the police killings in Sai Baba’s bedroom, hours after the ashram had returned to relative calm, and Sai Baba was firmly in charge. Sri Narasimhan is shown as sharing with Priddy chilling evidence of a huge cover up of what took place.
