Date: Sun, 15 Oct 2000Good work! Indeed, it has been long overdue. I thought some of the victims or their parents have already filed their complaints to the FBI's and the State Department about the criminal sexual offenses committed by ssb in the unsuspected Second Interview Room (Inner Interview Room) at the Ashram in Puttaparthi, India.
We ought to know that without filing a report to the FBI and the State Department, the Government of United States cannot do much to bring about justice for all the American victims who have been injured psycologically and emotionally in different degrees by Sathya Sai Baba all this time.
I, therefore, sincerely urge all the victims and their parents to meditate and search for their selfless conscience in silence, and then, follow their selfless conscience to go to the FBI and file an official complaint. And, if you do, I can assure you that would be the most courageous good deeds you have ever done and the biggest seva and sacrifice that you have ever made in your life. This noble action of yours will not only clear your conscience once and for al,l but also, it will prevent any other innocent good looking young men from being sexually abused by Sathya Sai Baba in the immediate future.
Think about it for a moment. Just imagine if you have a daughter or your friend has a daughter who has been raped or molestered by someone, would you report it to the police or advise your friend to report it to the police? You would. Would you?
In the name of humanity, you should also do the same for your son or advise your friend to do the same for his/her son. Since the crimes took place in Puttaparthi, India, instead of reporting to the police, you or your friend must report it to the nearest FBI and file a complaint to the Secretary of the State Department. Only after the actual complaints are filed with the FBI and the State Department, then Government of the United States can move forward to deal with the Indian Government on a State to State basis to open an official investigation of the alleged crimes committed by Sathya Sai Baba which would eventually lead to the criminal prosecutions of Sathya Sai Baba under the Criminal Law of India provided there are sufficient evidence to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that Sai Baba has indeed committed such alleged crimes at the Ashram in Puttaparthi.
According to Glen, there are many victims who are willing to appear in the court of law to testify exactly how they have been sexually abused by ssb. All it takes is for one or two victims to step forward and file an official complaint to the FBI and the State Department, then everything will move very quickly to bring about justice for all the victims and to put ssb behind bars, just like the former Prime Minister of India Mr. Rao has been recently convicted on criminal charges in India. India subscribes to democracy and under democracy, everybody is equal under law, whether he is God or not, as long as he carries a body, he is subject to criminal prosecution like everyone else when there are sufficient evidence to prove that he has commited such alleged sexual offenses.
Glen, please forward this e-mail to all the victims and their parents and it is hoped that we'll have some positive responses for action.
